There are strategies that our organization has employed to empower the nursing staff from the available quality improvement data. Similarly, our organization utilizes such data to introduce training programs that aim to improve patients’ management and service delivery. Furthermore, quality improvement data allows the organization to improve the working environment for its staff and their patients. It enables them to assess nurses’ needs and motivation strategies that can be applied to improve their levels of satisfaction. Highly satisfied staff guarantees better services, which are essential in addressing the patient’s needs (Janicijevic et al. 2013).

In my nursing profession, I have interacted with many patients with diverse healthcare needs. On one occasion, I attended to a diabetic patient who was so depressed about her condition. As a nurse, I provided her with relevant information regarding her ailment and how it should be managed. Furthermore, I recommended to her the appropriate nutrition and the importance of regular body exercise.
