Question One

I plan to complete my fieldwork hours with the GoalPoint Behavior group in Georgia. I have chosen this facility because of its reputation for providing top-notch Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for pediatric patients with autism (Portnova, Ivanova & Proskurnina, 2020). I already have a BACB supervisor. This supervisor has supervised my friend before, and my friend connected me to her. I recently mailed her to confirm her availability for my fieldwork supervision, and she said she would be available. 2000 hours are the requirement for BACB fieldwork (Sipila-Thomas & Brodhead, 2020). Since I am not currently engaged with anything, I plan to squeeze in at least 30 hours a week with an average of 6 hours a day to meet the required hours.

Question Two

I decided to choose Goal Point Behavioral Group in Georgia. This facility is on the lips of every family that has had to deal with autistic children. This facility has a good reputation since its track record in speech therapy on children with autism is very impeccable.

Questions Three and Four

Sixty percent of the hours must be spent on unrestricted activities, including data analysis, researching literature related to analytical programs, revising behavioral-analytical programs, assessing patients, and training parents (Luke, Carr & Wilder, 2018).

Question Five

I must be aware of the requirements of my BCAB supervisor. It is also critical to complete the one-month supervisory period, and finally, it is essential to assess at least one client.

Question Six

My significant barrier to becoming nationally certified is financial constraints; I am currently unemployed and may not have money to facilitate this process. I will try and look for a part-time job to help me in this angle.
